Royal Bounce House was the first vendor that came up when I searched for table and chair rentals in Tucson, and I’m so glad they did! Their Instagram page is incredibly up-to-date, active, and easy to navigate, which made connecting with the owner, Jessica, quick and seamless.
From our very first interaction through the end of the event, Jessica and her husband Luis were professional, communicative, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. We rented tables and chairs, and our package also included themed tablecloths, a Bluetooth speaker, and their Pancake Royal Bar with all the fixings—such a fun and unique touch! We didn’t need a bounce house, and Jessica was more than willing to customize our package and adjust the pricing, which we really appreciated.
Another huge plus was their flexible payment option. After the deposit, we were able to make monthly payments until the balance was paid off, one less thing to stress about as the event approached!
On the day of the party, Jessica arrived right on time with a warm smile, set everything up quickly, and provided top-notch customer service. Luis handled delivery the day before and pickup afterward—both times punctual, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
